| Şahhüseyinoğlu graduated from Middle East Technical University, Petroleum Engineering Department in 1987. In 1992, he established Mapek Machine and Industry Co. Ltd.,where he currently is the General Manager and which is the largest supplier and distributor of drilling sector in Turkey today. In 1998, he established the BorBen Mining Co. Ltd., where he currently is the General Manager, which offers drilling fluid additives and well services and created the brand “BorBen” for drilling fluid additives. Şahhüseyinoğlu is currently the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of BORDRILL Drilling Contractor and Trade Corp which he founded in 2011. The company group has been enlarged by the BORDRILL Free Zone Company, established in the free zone in Istanbul Atatürk Airport in 2001, and Mapek Machine and Industry Co. Ltd. Istanbul Industry and Trade Free Zone Branch in Tuzla in 2011. In the scope of social responsibility projects, in 2005 he contributed the establishment of Araştırmacı Çocuk Merkezi (Children’s Research Center-Turkey) where he currently takes part in management. |

| Ayser graduated from Middle East Technical University, Petroleum Engineering Department in 1983 and began working as a drilling engineer in Thrace region for Turkish Petroleum Corporation. He took on the task of Operation Manager for TPIC (Turkish Petroleum International Company) between 2006 and 2011, and along with the Turkey, he took the task of all the field services conducted in Syria, Georgia, Columbia and Kazakhstan. In 2011, he began working for BORDRILL Drilling Contractor and Trade Corp. as the Vice President. |

| After graduating from Zonguldak Karaelmas University Accounting Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty in 1999 he continued his education in Anadolu University and graduated from Business Administration Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty in 2004. Starting as a trainee in a company activating in international transport/ logistics, customs clearance and insurance he became an Accounting Manager in his 8 years business life. In 2007, after completing his business education granting as a Certified Public Accountant he managed to take a Certification of ISO 9000-9001 Quality Control Internal Auditing. After working as a Financial and Administrative Manager operating in Infrastructure, Superstructure and Construction Company between 2002-2011, he got the responsibility as a Financial and Administrative Vice-President at Bordrill in 2012. |

| Avanos has graduated from Middle East Technical University, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Department. He began his career as a drilling engineer in 2005 in a private company. He worked as drilling engineer and drilling rig director in domestic and foreign projects of this company for 2 years. Upon completing the army service in 2007, he began working as drilling engineer in petroleum, natural gas and geothermal rigs for the domestic and foreign projects of TPIC. He substituted as the Director in TPIC Kazakhstan Aktobe Branch Office for 2 years. He has been working as Operation Manager in BORDRILL company since 2011. Alpay AVANOS, who has experience in team management, technical operations, equipment maintenance and repairmen, foreign and domestic transportation, speaks English on advanced, Kazakh on intermediate and Russian on basic level. |

Bahri Çağdaş Atabey Business Development and Contracts Manager |
| Atabey has graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Department in 2008 and began working as a drilling and well completion engineer for Turkish Petroleum International Company. He worked as a drilling and well completion engineer in petroleum and natural gas wells for the domestic projects of TPIC between 2008-2009 and 2011- 2012. He worked as a rig engineer for TPIC projects on Kazakhstan between 2009-2011. He has started working as Senior Wellsite Drilling Superintendent in 2012 and continues he’s career as Business Development and Contracts Manager since 2013, September. Bahri Cagdas Atabey, who has experience in technical operations, equipment maintenance and repair, speaks English on advanced and Kazakh on intermadiate. |

| Salih Can Alpergun was born in 1959 in İstanbul. After graduating from Eskişehir Maarif College in 1977, Mr. Alpergun was accepted to İstanbul University School of Law.
