BD#7 MR-8000 mobile drilling rig was manufactured by Drillmec in 2008 (recertified & refurbished in 2016) in accordance with API 4F standards and it was designed and manufactured for drilling natural gas and geothermal wells. BD#7 has an output of 1080 HP and its traction capacity is 200 tons. Equipped with a hydraulic top drive system, MR-8000 drilling rig can drill up to 4,000 meters thanks to 4 ½” rods. BD#7 rig has two 1,000 HP 9T1000 triplex mud pumps manufactured by DRILLMEC.
